Tap the glass to start an on-screen countdown, step back, and hold the pose. The mirror does the rest.

Thumbs-up

The camera recognizes a simple thumbs-up gesture and fires the shot — no touch, no timer, no running back.

Swipe

An intuitive swipe across the glass triggers capture. Swiping replaces every function a physical button would have served.

The Interface

A canvas laid over your own reflection.

Nothing on the glass but your photos and videos. Drag them anywhere, pinch them to any size, fade them over the live reflection with three fingers. Touch the right edge and your folders slide in. This demo is the mirror UI — try it.

Lift the hatch, drop your phone in, and go. A frame, two-way glass, a motorized cradle and a capacitive swipe strip — your phone's own back camera faces the glass from the center of the mirror, so every image is born on your device.

Privacy

Nothing leaves the room.

In-front-of-the-mirror imagery is the most intimate imagery there is. Synsco's answer is architectural: no cloud exists anywhere in either pipeline — privacy is not a feature, it is the architecture.

Flagship — straight to your phone

Each capture is sent to your phone over Bluetooth the moment it's taken. Prefer to scan? The mirror can show a temporary QR code served over its own local hotspot. Either way the image only ever travels across the room.

Lite — born on your phone

The photo is captured directly onto your own phone by your own camera app. There is zero file transfer, zero local network, and zero data storage anywhere outside your device.

Open licensing is a strategic choice, not an ideological one: community contributors ship modular features faster than any internal roadmap, DIY reference designs lower patent exposure, and published BOMs let anyone source their own parts.
